Welcome to Nikki’s Kitchen & Catering LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, booking a service, or purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our site or services.

Services Offered

Nikki’s Kitchen & Catering LLC provides:

  • Catering services for private, corporate, and special events.

  • Private tastings, consultations, and chef experiences.

  • Membership programs offering exclusive content and perks.

  • Online ordering and payment options for menu items and event bookings.

 

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue offerings at any time.

Orders & Payments

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm catering orders. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if the event is rescheduled.

  • Final payment is due no later than the day before pickup or delivery.

  • We accept payments via Affirm, PayPal, Zelle, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and other approved methods listed at checkout.

  • Orders under $250 may not qualify for catering service.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within select service areas for an additional fee.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Pickup is available by appointment and must be confirmed prior to the event date.

  • We are not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the scheduled pickup window.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your event date may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for event-day no-shows, late pickups, or unused items.

  • Refunds for duplicate payments or errors will be processed at our discretion.

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships, including The Gold Spoon and other paid programs, grant exclusive access to recipes, offers, and benefits as listed on our website.

  • Memberships are billed annually and are non-refundable once activated.

  • Discount codes apply to eligible orders only and may not be combined with other promotions.

  • Members must be 18 years or older to join.

Recipe & Content Use

  • All recipes, images, videos, and written content shared on our website or within memberships are the intellectual property of Nikki’s Kitchen & Catering LLC.

  • You may not copy, republish, or distribute this content without written permission. Personal use (e.g., cooking at home) is permitted; commercial use is prohibited.

Event Services & Staffing

  • Food setup and staffing services are available at an additional cost.

  • Wire Rack Set-Up: $15 per rack (includes steam pan, 2 sternos, utensils).

  • Chafing Dish Set-Up: $30 per pan (includes dish, lid, 2 sternos, utensils).

  • Event Servers: $130 per server for up to 5 hours (must be booked 3 weeks in advance).

  • Licensed Bartender: Available upon request.

  • COI (Certificate of Insurance) available upon request.

Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damages or losses resulting from the misuse of food items after pickup or delivery.

  • Allergic reactions or adverse effects from disclosed ingredients.

  • Technical issues with third-party payment platforms or services.

 

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

Website Use

  • When using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, data, or systems.

  • Refrain from using our content or site for unlawful or commercial misuse.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

Third-Party Services

Our website integrates third-party tools and payment processors such as Affirm, PayPal, Zelle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Apple Pay. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or functionality of these providers.

Age Requirement

All users must be 18 years or older to access our website, place orders, or purchase memberships.

Modifications to Terms
