“Chef Nikki” Blake
Hey, I’m Nicole Blake, most people know me as Chef Nikki. I started Nikki’s Kitchen on a dare from friends, and what began as “just selling a few plates” quickly turned into a full-time business. I didn’t go to culinary school. I built this from the ground up with nothing but natural talent, passion, and a real love for food.
My roots are Jamaican, my flavors are global, and my energy? Always real.
I’m currently building a seasoning line, rolling out curated recipes, and designing hands-on cooking classes that actually teach, not just entertain. No fluff, no pretense, just good food, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose in everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve grown into a private chef serving high-profile clients, including Carmelo Anthony. But more than the names, what matters to me is making food that makes people feel something.
