Cancellations & Refunds
At Nikki’s Kitchen & Catering LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order food and services. Because each order is custom-prepared, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients.
Event Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event date may be eligible for rescheduling to a future date based on availability.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling commitments.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for event-day no-shows, late pickups, or unused items once prepared and delivered.

Any payments made toward ingredients, supplies, or staff reserved for your event are non-refundable after preparation begins.
Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

Refunds for duplicate payments or processing errors will be reviewed and issued at our discretion after verification.

Refunds, when applicable, are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are eligible to reschedule, a new event date must be confirmed within 90 days of the original date. Deposits will be credited toward the rescheduled event.
